§ 6-57. Tie-backs not to be cut or removed except by permission.

No tie-backs shall be cut or removed in connection with the construction of other facilities, or otherwise without making provision in some manner to secure the stability of the installation, and such plans shall be approved by the building official prior to the cutting or removing of any tie-backs.
