§ 6-9. Housing board of adjustments and appeals.

The construction board of adjustments and appeals, as established in Section 105 of the 1991 edition of the Standard Building Code, shall serve as the housing board of adjustments and appeals as established in Section 106 of the 1991 edition of the Standard Housing Code.
