§ 3-3. Prohibited activities for holders of permit.

It shall be unlawful for any person holding a permit authorizing the sale of any alcoholic beverage in the city to sell such alcoholic beverages to a person under the age of twenty-one (21) years or to an intoxicated person, or to permit gambling, games of chance, nudity or public nuisance at the licensed premises.
