§ 19-5. Numbering.

Every lot, both vacant and occupied, within the city shall be assigned a street number by the city.

Every owner or occupant of any structure, both home and business structures of every type, shall display on the structure or house or in the front yard in front of the house facing the street, in numerals of sufficient size as to be easily discernible from the street, the street number assigned that lot by the city.
